Firstly, you need to go to Theme Options > Footer to see the Footer Block name which you are using.
Then from Dashboard > Footer Blocks> Open to find your footer> you will see Yolo Client shortcode > remove this shortcode to get rid of the logos section as you want.

It seems that there is no way to build a Compare page as you want. Because this feature is the default of WooCommerce plugin and you can contact author plugin to find the best solution for your question.
