In Motor theme, we used Footer Block to build footer for each page. And you can use Visual Composer shortcode to show.
You can go to Footer Block > Footer Home 2 to edit the information.
Check it, then describe your questions as clearly as possible. We will help you to check them.

- It is because you don't select a contact form for your footer. You can go to Footer Block > Footer Home 2 to select again the contact form. Please see the image attachments. We selected for you on your website.

Your PoEdit tool got the issue. You should download again this tool then translate the texts.
Here is the link of PoEdit tool: https://poedit.net/ It still works fine on our computer.
If you still can not fix it. You can change the text on /themes/yolo-canifa/includes/woocomerce.php line 56 and 115 and themes/yolo-canifa/woocommerce/cart/cart-totals.php line 94. But we don't recommend to make this way. Because it will loose when updating the newest version of our theme.
