We are really sorry about this question. But we don't have a Windows phone 8.1 IE device to check your issue and we have tried to check on Browser emulators of IE but unsuccessful.
We only support android and OS system with small devices, for example, iPhone/ iPad.

With Yolo Single Product shortcode in the middle, you should choose Layout Style: Style 4 or Style 5 then choose branding logo with height: 434px > it will help 3 single products on one row.
You can see this image:

But you should use the first way as we recommended above.
