Thanks for your feedback.
We have got access to your website then check this issue.
You are using BeHealth version 1.0.3 this is the older version, you need to update the latest version of theme to fix the issue (1.1.1)
Please refer this documentation for more details:

8 years, 6 months ago #9285Hi again,
Thanks for your feedback.
You can check again the API Key > we cannot check this because it depends on Envato Toolkit plugin.
There is another way that you can use to update our theme:
- Deactivate & Delete the older version of Behealth theme.
- Using FTP account or WordPress installation to install the newest version of the theme.
- Remember to backup all customizations code if you have.
Check it, then feedback to us soon.
Best Regards,
YoloTheme
8 years, 6 months ago #9296Hi, i manage to connect.
Now, when i click the update automatically, i get this message:
Updating this theme will loose any customizations you have made.. (see image)
Does this mean we will lose all our pages, menu, events, news, etc....???
Anyway the Themes are now showing in the Envato Toolkit...anything you can do so we can go forward?
Not an easy process only to correct a calendar issue...
THanx again
8 years, 6 months ago #9316Hi again,
When updating our theme by using Envato WordPress Toolkit, you need to backup all customization files(which you made) then backup. The pages, posts, menus, events don't loose.
Check it, then feedback us soon.
