I checked the videos and they seem really helpful, however, when I click on Import Demo and tick the first three items, the page takes ages to load and doesn't update.
What should I do?

Import Demo data always take a few minutes. Do you make step by step correctly?

I bought this theme days ago and then spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. I checked all the files in the zip folder and there are no clear instructions on theme installation. How could it be? It just seems inefficient that I have to spend so much time on figuring it out.

Do you have FTP account? Can you give us your FTP account? I need to access your code to debug.
And have one thing, can you help me increase your PHP setting, some PHP config to small, example PHP Post Max Size, Max Upload Size.
Our theme recommend 500M for each attribute.
Check it and let me know soon. We will help you check it again.
