That field from the custom field, we have checked and added that field to your class details. Now you can go to edit your class page, you will see the field for custom date time to change that field.

The show more string also appears in our plugin.

1. For the join now button form, please check the config via theme options/ Page settings/ Single Class and check the "Contact Form Register" option. We use the contact form 7 form for that field.

2. We use the same form for the class page, if you want to use the separate form for each class, maybe you are need to add the custom form for the class details page.

3. You mean the "Join now" button, please find that string in our BeHealth Framework plugin.
