As I see, you can create each single product layout for each product with the unique progress bar, then assign the product you want to the single product layout.

It will take a lot of time, but I think that is what you want. Because the progress bar is unique for each product, then it is the custom info for the WooCommerce.

You can try my solution in that case.

We have checked your site and found the issue with the custom product attribute name on the product, it has the same attribute as the attribute management. If you want to use the custom attribute on the product, you should remove the attribute on the attribute management or use another custom attribute name.

As I see, the issue from the LiteSpeed plugin, it compresses all the CSS and JS on your site to one file. That is the reason some jquery work doesn't correct.

Please check it again and be careful to use the cache plugin.
