For the footer translate, I have checked and add the English Footer and German Footer ID to WPML string translation. If you want to add another footer language, please get the footer ID and add to the WPML string translation as my attached file.

For the sticky menu, as I see you have removed the search box. Please let us know again if you want to use that box. We will help you check it again.

For any string in our theme, you can use the translate plugin as Loco translate and translate the string as you want. But for translate language, please put the language to the system folder, not the theme folder.
