We so sorry for this issue. This is our action, we hide sidebar of product on mobile view by class.
You can go to file direction below to remove "hidden-sm hidden-xs" class, it will help show the sidebar on the mobile screen.

We have checked your site and found you not use shop ajax. Please update the latest version of this theme ( 1.0.7 ). With the new version, we have fixed issue with shop ajax filter. Maybe can help you fix this issue.
We also optimize our theme speed. You can turn off caching and re-test again.

Okay, you can try another solution for attaching gallery to post content.
1. Turn on the visual composer for post content by going to visual composer/role manager/Post types: select custom then checks to post.
2. Add shortcode image gallery for gallery as you want, see my screenshot below to know more this
