This shortcode can't save HTML content for description. I think issue from your PHP setting.
Can you help me change some config as below?
1. update your PHP version to higher, example 5.6
2. Increase some PHP value.
- PHP post max site.
- PHP time limit.
- PHP Max input vars.

1. PHP version 5.4, you should update your PHP version to higher to make some function work well.
