I have checked your system info and I see some config to small. Example PHP Post Max Size, PHP Time Limit, Max Upload Size. And your PHP version still 5.2. Can you update your info and upgrade PHP version to higher 5.5 or more.

- max_execution_time 500
- memory_limit 256M
- post_max_size 256M
- upload_max_filesize 256M

Because have some conflict our theme with the latest version of Meta Box plugin. Have some function changed? And now with the new version of Metabox and I also fixed our theme. Now it works. Don't worry about this issue.

Please doesn't update Meta Box plugin to the latest version, have some conflict our theme with this plugin. Your site still works with the current version. Now visual composer works fine.
