I helped you choose the woo default for shop page at theme option/woocommerce/ archive page.
And the top bar gets data from a widget, you can put "Lead time of 6-7 weeks" to the widget and get at top bar options.

Because have CSS of visual composer make your section have margin-bottom: 35px.
Please add custom CSS to override this CSS to 0px.See my attach file know more.

We have checked your site and help you fixed some issue on Ipad device by adding some custom CSS to your site. I think you should put "Lead time of 6-7 weeks" to top bar.
And with category product, because you choose shop page style "Ajax Filter" it will display all product with the filter at the top bar. You can choose Woo Default layout.
Check it and let us know if you need something.
