To reduce the menu item spacing, please go to theme options/ header/ header 3 options ( you are using header 3 ) and reduce the Navigation distance to 5 px, that will help you fix that issue. https://prnt.sc/a-6aOB1ljVt3

For the service archive page title, you can't edit that page with Elementor.
To change the background image of the page title of the services page, please go to Theme Options/ Service/ turn off the Inherit page title. Then you can upload your image for the archive service Title background option: https://prnt.sc/LltYTAOuNeSZ
We also have the option to customize the page title of the service page, but it still doesn't work. Please give us your site URL, admin account. We will help you fix that issue. Or you can wait for the theme update.

1. With the shop archive page, you can edit with the WPBakery page builder. To change the shop page title background image, please go to theme options/ WooCommerce/ Archive Product/ and change the image at the "Archive Product title background" option: https://prnt.sc/586p8znA9gMr
2. With the blog page, I have set the blog page to publish and drag the blog page to the menu. Then you need to go to Settings/ Reading/ select blog for the Posts page options: https://prnt.sc/UFwOOWJvqsLc
3. To remove the filter on the shop page, please go to theme option/ WooCommerce/ Archive product/ and check the layout options fields: https://prnt.sc/0U8FkapcXyGC
