Please go to Dashboard > Sofani > Footer Blocks > Footer 4 to change your footer text.

1> Please go to Theme Options > Page Settings > Show Page Title: Off to turn off the page title and heading background on your page.

2> We still find the Categories text on our language file, you can use the WPML to translate. See the image attachment.

Currently, Sofani theme doesn't support to display the discount % on the product page. You can try to use the third-party plugin to help.
