If yes, you absolutely change on Theme Option and don't need to change the code. Please go to Header > Header Customize to change.

Currently, our theme doesn't support to display Google Analytics. But you can try to find the third-party plugin to help you.
For example https://wordpress.org/plugins/googleanalytics/#description
You can try to install then checked this plugin by yourself.

Besides using the single product default of WooCommerce plugin, we provide Product Block section which will help you to custom single product page as you want.
1> If you go to Products> Create new Product > Choose Single Product Layout: Default >>that means you will use the single product layout of WooCommerce plugin.
2> If you choose another, that means you will use the customize single product page.
