We are so sorry but we cannot help you to update, you need to make by yourself.
You can use the Child Theme to write all customization files, they won't lose when you update our theme & plugin.

We have got access to your website then checked the version of Sofani which you are using. You have used the older version of Sofani theme (1.0.6). Please update the latest version (1.3.6) to get rid of all issue.
Don't forget to backup all customization file before updating.
