If you have the customization Codes or CSS segment, you should backup them or use Child Theme to write them before updating our theme.
For your content (for example pages, posts, product items), they don't lose when updating.
In the latest version, we fixed many issues and update the features. It is very easy to use.

We have got access to your website then checked your questions. Because some of the product categories don't have the product that leading the categories don't appear in the dropdown list categories of Yolo Products.
For example, Cadeiras is the children of Inove Basic - this category still displays on Yolo Products as this image: https://prnt.sc/gnb2tu

Please go to Theme Options > Page Settings > Search Page: Sidebar: choose a sidebar layout to describe images to smaller.
In addition, please find a freelance developer to help you to customize your search page and add related products as you want.

We have got access to your website then check your issue. We found that your website is changed font-family on style.css file but it still doesn't change on your website.
It seems that this is the issue of server caching. Please contact provider hosting to delete the cache to fix this issue.

Please update the latest version of BeGreen theme (1.2.3) to get rid of all issues. Don't forget to backup all customization files before updating.
