Your home-page is using Footer 1 block, we edited The Footer 1 block, it works fine https://prnt.sc/gear3g

You have recommended many options about the text color and link color. But, we are afraid that if more options are added, they make customer tangled. We have ever added more options in our theme, and the solution is not suitable.
If you can, please give us the example theme or site about this question. We will consider this.

We have got access your website again then check your issue. We found that you are using the oldest version of Sofani theme (1.0.2). Please update the latest version(1.3.2) to fix all issue related our theme.

We have got access to your website then checked this issue. We tried to access WooCommerce > Status to see your PHP limited and PHP version on your server http://prntscr.com/gd5qin and we found that you need to increase a few of values to help you can install our sample data.
