This is our purpose, we made the images are blur because some images which need to have the permission. We aren't allowed to publish them.

We are really sorry, we don't get your point clearly.
But if you want to use Header Style 2 for your menu, you need to create 2 split menu. Then go to Menus > Menu Locations > Select menu for Split Left / Split Right menu.
