Because you are using Header 2 on your page. This header needs to have 2 slip menu Left/Right.

If you want to use Main Menu as created, please select other headers. For example, we selected Header 1 in your page (Open your page > Page Options > Page Header to change.)

Currently, our theme doesn't have options to help you display product on sale only with the same style as "Product Masonry" shortcode.

But you can give us your website's URL & admin account/ FTP account, we will change the source codes for you.

If yes, you can do these steps:

1 - Go to Product Blocks > Create a new product block > add Product Additional Information shortcode (for example : product 1)

2-  Then go to product > create new product > product style: variable product > choose attribute

After that, go to Page Options > Single Product layout > Select Single Product Layout : product 1  http://prntscr.com/g1oqd5

The additional product will be display as the image above.
