.woocommerce .add-to-cart-wrap{display:none !important;}
In addition, your website is using Sofani version 1.0.2. You should upate the latest version of this theme (1.0.3) we have fixed some issues and improved features.
Don't forget to backup all customization files before updating.

You only go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Archive Page> Archive Product Sidebar to select the sidebar, then go to Archive Product Left Sidebar to choose sidebar.
On your website, left-sidebar of category doesn't works because you configure WooCommerce Product Categories widget as this image: http://prnt.sc/d8bsuu
We un-check this option > it works fine on sub-category page: http://www.fanski.com.my/index.php/product-category/atocco/cleopatra-series/

2> For search: If you want to hide this search on mobile device, you can use this Custom CSS segment on Theme Options > Custom CSS & Script > Custom CSS:

3> You can use this Custom CSS to make your color of menu to black:
