We checked your website on small devices > it is working ok.
In addition, your menus are Custom Link (they don't have a link exactly). You should add Custom Link to your menu.

You can add Custom CSS segment on Customizer > Custom Code > Custom CSS to fix this issue:

1> To change the background color from black to orange: Please go to Theme Options> Styling Options >Page Title Background Overlay Color > Select your color here. We chose an example background color for you.
2> To remove bottom page of footer:
- Firstly: We went to Footer Blocks > Add New Footer Block name: Footer Null (there is nothing on this footer block).
- After that, go to Theme Options > Footer > Select Footer: Footer Null > this action will help you to remove footer bottom as your image.

- Firstly, Please go to your all pages > Page Options > Page Footer > Select Footer: Default > This action will help you to select footer to override footer selected in Theme Options.
- After that, go to Theme Options > Footer > Select Footer Block from drop down list. You absolutely choose your footer block here. And make sure that the Footer Block is created on Footer Blocks.

This page will be gotten the Footer Default block. You can go to Theme Options > Footer > Select Footer Block: Footer Default to see this footer block.
After that, please go to Footer Blocks > Footer Default to edit.

For footer position: Please open your page > Scroll down you will see Page Options > Page Footer > You will see the Footer Block name which you are using.
After that, go to Footer Blocks > Find your Footer Block > then Edit.

You can translate language on {root}/ wp-content/ plugins/ woocommerce/ i18n/language/woocommerce.pot
