    As I see, you forgot to extract the file download from the Envato. On the package download from Envato, it also includes the document, plugin, theme, demo data. You should extract that file and install the file from the Theme folder.

    For the Woo Products thumbnails image, you can change the thumbnail width size via customizer/ WooComerce/ Product Image. As I see, you are set width 280 px, that issues the blurry issue on your image.
