I'm so sorry for this confuse. Because our theme has two option for page setting, one at theme options and one on page options. Page option will have priority with theme options. That is why you can't see any change at home page when change at theme options.
Now your site has same menu with another page. Please check it and let me know again.

I have helped you checked this issue with your My Account page and header style.
1. I turn on your page title at page setting on theme options, it effects to your site and my account page.
With the home page, you can config for the header, page option at page options.
2. With header height, to change the height of header you need to add some custom CSS at theme options/ custom CSS tab. And I also do it for you, I think height 110px is look good for your site.
